I wanted to informed everybody who is thinking about ordering from petswarehouse.com might want to consider. I ordered a 36" bow front glass top from them. It took almost a week before I received an email saying that they didn't have any and that it would have another week of waiting. After waiting I have to email them to ask about the status of my order. I was told they they forgot my address and to resend that infomation. I ask about getting the order shipped faster and was told it would take 3 days longer. The shipping charges for normal shipping was almost the same price as the glass top that was ordered. When asked for a refund was told what would Amazon do when they had late orders, I end the email with " I've ordered with Amazon hundreds of time and yet to have a late order" Wrost customer service ever! You might want to reconsider unless you like waiting 3 weeks to receive your order.

I HAD a beautiful fish tank wish over 20 fish for over 2 years. I decided to buy four fish from Pet Warehouse and the next day one of the fish I purchase were dead. I bought it back to the store and I was told they needed a sample of the water. I had no time to supply them with a sample because the following day all of my fish were sick. I noticed the other three fish I purchased from them had white spots and fuzz on them. Sadly, every single fish that I had for over 2 years died. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Their fish contaminated my entire tank and left it diseased. I now have to throw everything out that I had in my tank because no matter how much I would like to try to clean it, I've never seen such a fast moving disease destroy over 20 fish the way these four fish did. I don't know what diseases they carry in that store, but I will never ever buy a fish from them again!!
