NOTE: Gardner Law Firm IS NOT capable of getting you your driver's license back if you have been suspended for a prior DUI/DWI case. They may be well known for winning and getting people "out" of their unfortunate DUI/DWI case, but the "rumor" they Garder Law Firm can get you your license back before your suspension term is up is a LIE. NOTE: If you are under the Habitual Offender suspension that may be somewhat true, however, if you are serving a mandatory suspension then plan on serving it. I personally contacted the firm after hearing that they were superb in dealing with the SCDMV atty. and it's affiliates and that a person would 99% get their license back. Case and point Mr Gardner, his salesman Luke B didn't even have the actual facts together, HOWEVER they wanted my money paid in full on a given day yet the feet were being drug along the entire time. No documentation was keyed into the system when they supposedly "worked" on my case or anything. Again, only if you are under the Habitual Offender status that they may be able to help you to get your license back and personally I should have been told that when I first contacted them... And yes it was clear that my Habitual Offender status was ending the month that I retained GLF, however, again, I still had a 7 month suspension that I have to serve that I thought was going to be shortened.
