My experience at this salon was disappointing . I went here because it was top rated in Concord and I wanted my hair done for my birthday. I didn't get the color I wanted, I also never got it cut (which supposedly came with the color), the stylist was rushing and left me alone most of the time and (not to mention unprofessional), calling my hair a beast, and talking about come, and taking pictures of my face without my permission, also the back of my sweatshirt was covered in hair dye. I went back to "try" and get my bright red Ariel hair fixed but Peter insisted it looks beautiful like wine, but he still laughed at the fact my fiance commented that I look like the little mermaid. I will never sit through that experience ever again.

Provided by SuperpagesBest Haircut Ever! Michelle did an incredible job and took the time to show me how to do my hair after the cut. My husband has had a massage and I had a pedicure both were great. The spa is very quiet and relaxing and the staff is very professional. I highly recommend them.

Provided by SuperpagesIt is not just because Peter's Images has creative, imaginative and talented hair dressers...Erin, Jasmine, Angelo (to name a few) can just look at you and know what to do...It is also because Peter's has a most welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in there (without an appointment) 12 years ago I felt they were happy to see me. I encourage anyone to stop by Peter's for a new or improved image (inside and out).

I had a stylist who was doing the same thing to my hair for years and decided i needed a changed so tried Peters Images in concord and had an amazing experiance. So much in fact that i decided to stick around to get a mani and a pedi brow wax ect, and i was still impressed with the skill and workmanship that my sytlist had. thank you once again for an amazing experiance

Provided by SuperpagesMade an appt for a manicure becuase the pictures look nice online... well, when one arrives for a manicure you are taken into the nice area to pick out polish... then you are taken to a small room, closet like, only a couple pictures on the walls, with a small utility sink in the corner... the manicure was okay at best... staff were milling around the outside of the door swearing and speaking very loudly. When the hand scrub was complete I was told to go over to the utility sink and wash my hands.... I have never had an experience like that. When my manicure was done the e woman who had done it said "I am going to get rid of these things (manicure bowl etc.). She never came back!! When my friend and I went to leave she was outside on the sidewalk smoking!!! I was not impressed at all!! I will not return. It is a beautiful place, but they put you in what used to be a tanning bed room, very small, noisy, and get up to wash your own hands off. Very disappointed!!!
I cant even begin to explain how wonderful Peters Images Salon was. I found the salon through a quick online search and called to see if they could accommodate my large bridal party for my wedding. They were so wonderful over the phone and I quickly booked appointments for myself and my bridal party of 9...11 including myself and my mother. My now husband and I are military and are stationed in Alabama so I had to do everything over the phone which can get complicated at times, but the staff were always so friendly , even when I called them 8 times to change around appointments. Myself and 5 of my bridesmaids were also pampered the day before with Mani, pedis, hair and makeup trials and even a massage for myself and my mother. I have never felt so relaxed and so pampered by the staff. Even Peter was there complimenting us and waiting on us the whole time. It is so nice to see the owner of the salon so involved and so passionate about what he does.
The day of my wedding finally came and everyone LOVED how their hair and makeup came out. We got to the salon around 8:30 in the morning and they had us out of there a little after 11 which was exactly when we needed to be out of there by. My photographer even met us at the salon to take pictures and he could not say enough great things about how beautiful the salon was and how perfect it was for taking pictures. I have seen the pictures and they are beautiful!!
If you are looking for a beautiful salon and spa to be pampered at while being treated like a queen/king, do not even think twice and just book your appointment!
I'll wrap this up by saying a big thank you to Peter and his staff for making my girls and I look more beautiful and feel more relaxed then we could have ever imagined!

Brandy transformed what I thought was a hopeless case to the most amazing color and style I have ever had! Brandy taught me how to style my hair to look amazing every day! I can not express in words how happy I am and how great my color is! Thank you Brandy!

Provided by SuperpagesI have been a loyal customer to Peter's for 4 years...keep in mind I am not the type of person to schedule my appointments in advance! I always call last minute to get in & I'm always changing my hair color, dark to light, light to dark and I've even had pink hilights! No matter who I see I always leave looking amazing! I recommend this salon to everyone I know!!!! Lately they have done renovations and added new equipment, the place looks great! Def check them out if you want to be styled by professional skilled hairdressers!
Peter's treated me with the most relaxing experience I have ever had. The pedicure was SO relaxing, my toes and feet are so happy!! And the conditioning treatment I got was simply amazing!! My hair is so soft! Everyone should experience what I did at Peter's. Most definitely will be back for more!!
I love this salon!! the staff is very professional, talented, and friendly. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. Peter's is simply the best and their reputation of almost 40 years has proven that!!

The staff and owners truly are exeptional at treating customers like family and always give the best service! I've been a customer of the salon now for over 5 years and would'nt think of going anywhere else. The salon truly is beautiful and very calming for a spa day or just treating yourself to an hour or so of pampering. The owners truly did an amazing job of decorating and remodeling and it is a gorgeous salon and spa with unique taste and a perfect place to relax with such a calming atmosphere! I tell all my friends and family about this place and would refer and reccomend it to anyone and everyone! I wish the rating had more stars because I truly believe by my experiences and everywhere I've gone this is a top notch business! Trust me I'm a business owner myself and this truly is an awesome place to be and the managers, staff and owners are superb!!

Thats what Peter's is, a large family full of support and enjoyment. I now have decided to go out on my own and i have all the support in the world. I gave my notice three weeks ago, even though it is the saddest thing I've done, it's time for me. I highly recommend this employer for anyone who wishes to succeed and grow in this business.
