Extremely expensive hearing aids and service. 15 years ago, services like hearing aid cleanings were included in the cost of the hearing aid purchase. Now, they aren't and now they overschedule you for extra hearing aid cleanings that you don't need. Despite less services, the cost of hearing aids have gone up and it is impossible to even get reliable pricing from them on that because they won't tell you the price of hearing or make suggestions unless they do yet another hearing test. They split up a hearing test into three charges so you don't even get the benefit of the insurance coverage you have. On most insurance plans, there is at coverage for hearing exams but they separate out and you get stuck paying for it on your deductible.

Service used to be great and affordable and things weren't right, they were fixed. Now everything seems designed to rack up extra fees and charges.

Great place, we had a great time, very friendly staff that seem to really care about you. Made sure that we were comfortable with our chioce low pressure unlike other hearing aid providers we have visited throughout the New England area. Thanks Herb and staff!

Very nice, down to earth and caring!!! We had issues with our health insurance paying for the hearing aids, they really worked with us. I highly recommend!
