        About David Burgess & Associates David Burgess & Associates is a litigation firm with an office in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts ( about 20 miles west of Boston ). We practice in many of the district, superior, and probate courts in Massachusetts. The firm's criminal practice is centered in Middlesex County. The firm defends people charged with crimes in Middlesex Superior Court and in the county's district courts. David Burgess appears regularly in the Concord District Court, which serves the municipalities of Acton, Bedford, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard and Stow. David Burgess founded the firm in 2000, after having practiced with two prominent Boston firms, Foley Hoag, LLP and Dwyer & Collora, LLP. He was joined by Nancy Jordalen in 2001.
