America's Best Inns & Suites

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It is filthy and nasty and the people that work here are lazy as hell. These Indians are cheap and will not hire any decent labor. They are very rude and obnoxious and should speak much better English if they want to own an American Hotel. They are very dirty and need to take cleaning classes. Also if you're going to have an indoor pool you should definitely spend money on upkeep for it. I have never in my whole entire life been so disappointed. If you value your money you will not come anywhere near this hotel.

We came in town for nopi nationals like we do every year in September well......1st when we pulled up you could tell it was crack head central. As we were walking up to the lobby to check in there was filth and bugs everywhere including the LOBBY WINDOW! 2nd when we went to the front desk to ask for a refund the rude lady checked us in!!! Um no we r not staying in this roach and crack head infested place! They said no refund u don't have to stay here but no refund! The previous day apon us arriving they had no water.......um really?! Also if a hotel is doing renovations they have to include that at the time of booking the owner Peter said they weren't doing any renovations (we had to pay for this room as we booked it they didn't hold your card or anything they were also checking people in with a pen and paper they didn't have a computer) Ok so I asked him.......normally the outside looks like a homeless camp is that what you're saying? He said were not going to talk about this right now! Uh ok then! Well we walked around the whole place and took pictures lots of them! There was a bunch of my friends there so they all took pictures and sent them to me needless to say I wouldn't let a dead person stay here! Blood stains on the mattresses, sheets, box springs, and towels. Beds were sitting on wooden pallets, wallpaper was pealed off, cut off metal pipe sticking out of the floor, trash on the side of the bed and night stands, bathroom floors were seriously stained and pealing up on all sides, ice machine had live wires hanging our the side of it also live wires hanging out of the ceiling, electrical sockets were completely out of the wall and not held on by anything, the stairs were held up with a post not bolted down or anything, the carpets I wouldn't even walk on with my sneakers, the whole back side wow um holes in the exterior walls, all the furniture was sitting outside mattresses included, homeless people living on the 3rd floor in the back, molded carpets rolled up under the stairwell, gates blocking off the stairs, I mean I could go on for days! This was a horrific experience and also the cops came out cause we called them and they told us they get calls there ALL THE TIME and to please follow through with this because they have been trying to get this place shut down for a LONG time! Most of us got our money back for the rooms after disputing the charges. This will be taken to court and the health department has been called! I told Peter either we get our money back or I'm blasting all pix and videos on social media and anything else I can get my hands on and he begged us not to I said well then a refund or I'm doing it. Welp here we are that's how horrible of a person he is! Just because they love filth doesn't mean we do!
