I was extremely satisfied with the patience and concern Charlene had with all of us.

We had a very large wedding party, that needed all kinds of special requests, and Charlene went above and beyond our expectations !! Would recommend to anyone getting married. She not only specializes in weddings, but does photography and has a floral shop.

At the very last moment down to the wire My Son's Best man and 3 others had problems.On two Tux's the bottom buttons were missing. His second Best Man had a hole in the leg of his pant's. She FORGOT to put 1 of the Jackets in his Bag after the fitting, Wedding was @5:30 we had to wait on her to get his jacket there. We had Quests going all the way back home to bring in black Jacket's .Thankfully she was only minutes away, after someone could get through to her (Charlene the OWNER) on the phone. She brought the Jacket to the Church. She told them that after the deposit of $25.00, their balance would be about $100,00 Dollar's, Well no they were not. She hit them over the head with a total of $150.00, after the deposit !!! If you are going to Rent items out for this Special Day then you want only the Best. She fell way below that. I, myself will never go to her again nor will I recommend her services to ANYONE !!!!!! Her services does not even deserve a half of a star. The Mother of the Groom.
