The Ridge at Chestnut Hill

First let me say, please do not move in here! I have lived here for one lease and it has been the worst/scariest experience of my life. First, you are paying a lot in rent and utilities and have no safety or help from the leading office. Second, I have had my water heater go out three times before they actually sent over a licensed HVAC person to realize it needed a new piece. And he was only sent over after they question if I had paid my bills.(which were paid on time regularly). Third, my heater went out twice in the dead of winter and took them a week to repair. Once again questioning whether I had paid my bills. Fourth, assuming my water heater and my heater were fixed properly by their people, I had an electrical fire in an outlet. The front desk blamed it on me having too many things plugged into the outlet. And by too many things plugged in, I had my cable box and tv. Thinking this would be the last of it, I went to the front office trying to get a hold of the manager he never called me back was completely disrespectful. Then two buildings down, an old woman was stabbed to death on top of various car break-ins. This place is truly the worst place I have ever lived and have never been so excited to leave. If you're looking for an apartment in this area check out lifestyles, the Kaufman developments, or Chelsea square. Anywhere is better than this.
