Overall

the worst medical group ever ... the receptionists don't even smile... blood work means nothing to all the doctors and PAs... you have to have your online access to see your blood work results and see what supplement or what medication you need online ...I've done my blood work in September and I had vitamin D deficiency and no one called me or sent me a medication or anything... am not gonna talk about all the PAs there but one of them maybe the worst one his name is Edward Hairston ... any person have information more than he has ... it takes him more than 2 hours to see each patient ... m husband went to see him for the 6 months full check up in October 2013 and had a blood work done the online access didn't work for more than 4 months and when it worked we went for another check up because his had pink eye so the PA checked his eye and gave him eye drops and then after 4 days he changed the eye drops and he was guessing that he may have glaucoma and didn't think to refer us to a specialist and it's been more than 10 days and it didn't work until we went to a specialist to find out that it's iritis ... when i started asking he was annoyed because i was asking and told him that the the last time when the blood results came out no one called to go through the results ...specially his hemoglobin was 12.2 and for a man it's not good i told him that he should take iron pills he said that he's not anemic yet to take iron pills ... and after new the results came out they called us to go through the results he just told us he has vitamin D deficiency and the platelets are a little bit high you need a bone scan and some more blood work .. why and what blood work we didn't know anything .. because we tried to talk to him and ask him but he didn't respond he was just guessing all the time what to say ... and when we went for the bone scan after 2 days of stress we discovered that the what he needed isn't a bone scan it's a bone density to check for osteoporosis .. 2 days thinking he maybe having something serious and it was something else ... i think this PA can't even be veterinary

btw the good doctors were there left because i think they deserve a better place to serve in
