Be careful! The rules of this apartment are VERY strict. No walking on grass, no loitering about or congregating with your neighbors in any way. No alcohol on or inside your own premises. The atmosphere feels like the managers do not wish anyone to be friends with one another. A small designated area near the resident managers line of vision and hearing is the only place allowed to visit one another. There is no privacy given whatsoever. When the manager walks thru the apt once a month and they think it is messy, they will write the resident up as a violation. For instance, one resident did not have their bed made up so they were written up for it. The manager is quick to evict for even a minor infraction. NO warning, just eviction notice. This not the Soviet Union! The residents are 90% retired individuals, they have time on their hands to be social. Isn't that what we all need in this world, friendship and compassion for one another?
