They advertise two pairs for $69.00. I talked to other customers and the associate. No one leaves without paying over $200.00. when I finally got to the doctor he said that he could not get my vision to 20/20. It was probably because they use the same equipment brought over in the Mayflower. Will never go back to them.

spent 2.5 hours waiting on the exam after having an appointment only to be told they wouldn't sell me contacts until I came back for a follow up the next week which i had to sit and wait another 1.5 hours before finally walking out!

The staff is really unprofessional! While I was waiting to be seen, some of the staff were openly and loudly disparaging their manager who unbeknownst to them was a friend of mine. After waiting 45 minutes to see the doc, who was great and even said customers have to wait too long, I waited ANOTHER HOUR just to talk to someone about my glasses! Don't let the 2 pair for $69.95 fool you. By the time you finish, you will have spent about $200. Won't be going back!

The eye exam was wonderful...great doc. The sales staff is horribly rude and absolutely does not care about the customers or the substandard service they are giving. Excuses and double talk are what you can expect with the sales staff. Get your exam there and get your glasses some where else.
