Called and spoke with Ericka she was an amazing help, I had a question on some equipment I needed to send back to Direct tv I’m glad she told me about the shipping number that I didn’t have and she told me exactly what to do so I didn’t waste my time. Amazing if you ask me I’m glad we spoke and I didn’t go down their to waste my time to get the news that I couldn’t ship this equipment 🙌🏼

Horrible service. The lady was very rude and when I complained she told me I was free to leave-which I did. The ups store in Redlands is fantastic. I'm sure the owner is related to her so no point in complaining. I will never go here again. They need more employees. The one in Redlands has two or three at a time. And she needs to get fired. No customer deserves such treatment for merely wanting service. Zero stars!!!

It couldn't be that bad on a Monday morning right? but there was a long line and this lady or the worker there has no clue about customer service at all. Like a simple gesture of reassurance would go a long way. This place is slow, filthy and unorganized. I wouldn't handle my important business with them.
