McDonald's

This happened to me too a few months back. I use to eat there all the time, but have never been back since. I go to the 8th street store where they treat the customer appropriately. They actually give you the mustard.... In return, I'm a regular customer!

One of the managers in this store is just plain awful. I purchased a value meal and my total was over $7.00. When I asked for a package of honey mustard I was told that I would have to pay an additional .10! I asked if I could get a ketchup credit and I was told in a smart way, " hey I dont make the rules". I payed the .10 on my credit card and vowed never to eat at that particular store again. By the way, every McDonalds that I have been in since has never charged for a mustard when you place an order. It's not like I asked for 5 or ten, although some stores have given me 2 or 3 without hesitation. Here's the best part. I was so ticked off about the dime charge for mustard I had to report that the men's room was filthy. Lots of transient people use this particular stores restroom and there was a toilet full of crap in it. If you sat on it, it would actually touch your bottom it was so full. I did watch a young employee go in to clean. Seriously 20 minutes later he came out with a disgusted look on his face. Before I left the store I went in to see if he had cleaned the mess and he did NOTHING. He must have passed out from the smell and walked out. Not surprised he did nothing. He was probably mad the manager made him go in there to clean it. Honestly.... I would not have not done anything for that jerk of a manager. So there you have it. Stay away from this McDonalds unless you want poor service and possibly a dirty restroom. I gave for over 9 months now!
