Juniper Valley Ranch opened its doors in 1951 and serves fried chicken and comfort food country in a rustic adobe home on a real working ranch. Dinners are served family style with a choice of fried chicken or baked ham (plus chicken fried steak on Friday nights and Nashville Hot Chicken on Thursdays and Sundays). Everything is made from scratch daily and meals include an appetizer and seasonal dessert. 5 Generations of the Parker family have ran the restaurant and in 2021 the establishment will celebrate its 70th year of operation.
