Root Canal Treatment

Apicoectomy
Vertical furcation and oblique root fractures can sometimes be treated with root canal therapy. Fractured cusps and split root fractures require a crown or same day crown and may also need root canal therapy. Vertical root fractures can sometimes be fixed with apicoectomy, which removes the broken piece of bone. All of these fractures, however, can only be treated by extraction and replacement.

Deep Cleaning
Sometimes a deep cleaning method called scaling and root planing can remove plaque buildup and reduce the spread of gum disease. In some cases, medication is also used.

Dentures
Immediate dentures are used after a patientâ€™s natural teeth are completely removed and replaced with a full set of artificial teeth-whitened dentures the same day.

Dental Implants
When the bone has decayed, the teeth are removed and new bone can be grafted in to allow for implants to be used.
