Take 5 Oil Change

These guys are not just trained at providing fast oil changes, they seem to be expert car mechanics.
What had happened was... I got my oil changed at another shop, but they overtightened the cap for my oil filter. When I took it back, they said they couldn’t get it off. 3 more shops later (including the service center of my dealership!), no one was able to remove it. In fact, I was quoted almost $700 at these shops because they said they would have to break and replace the housing in order to get the cap unstuck. My husband and I just adopted our first child and definitely don’t have that extra money laying around. So on a whim, I called Take 5’s corporate office in a panic to see if they could help since it was one of their locations that had accidentally overtightened the cap at my last oil change (the people at this location were also really nice -especially Brittany- and tried really hard to get it unstuck, so Take 5 is doing a great job with hiring their workers). Anyways, I’m SO glad the corporate office referred me to Vince at a nearby location. He and a couple other guys, Johnny and Derrick worked hard for over an hour until they fixed it. These guys are so awesome. Everywhere else I went said it couldn’t be done or I’d have to pay tons of money.
In the hour or so I was there, I also spoke with Willie, who kept asking if I was doing ok and offered me water. I was also overhearing his conversations with other customers in the bay next to me and he was always so sweet, asking how their day was going, etc.
After everything was finished, the manager, Chris, came and double checked to make sure everything was ok.
I am so floored with all of these guys and their amazing customer service and determination to help me out. I don’t know what they are being paid, but it can’t be as much as they are worth . I request raises for all lol. I am a customer for life and will continue to refer my family and friends to this Take 5 location.

It took 30 minutes for a 5 minute oil change. Also, they tried to charge me 45 dollars when they had a 25 dollars promotion and he knew it. Tried to rip me off
