        Overall

        Whoever was driving the Disano truck license plate 31732-ME on 03/08/2016 was driving erratic and shouldn't be a driver. The driver performed a hit and run on my side mirror and did not stop. This happened by the the service road of the grand central parkway going towards LGA. The driver should be reprimanded and fired.
