Overall

To begin with, the building you enter has no clear signs or front desk staff that you can ask to see where you're supposed to go. I literally just entered some rooms until I found the right place, but that wasn't a big issue for me. After finding where I needed to be for my appointment, I signed in all the paperwork and proceeded to see Dr. Nootheti. He asked what the problem was and I told him I felt a pain earlier on the same spot I had surgery performed on my hand. I told him the last time I waited a week to see a doctor for it, I had to immediately go through surgery and stay in the hospital for 3 days. Then I showed him my scar and he glanced at it. After one minute of asking questions relating to the incident, he asked me "why are you here?" I explained that I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with my hand. He replied by saying "well, I don't know what you want me to do, I mean I'm not God, I can't tell you when you're going to die." This is what bothered me the most. I made an appointment to be better safe than sorry and I figured him being a doctor, he would know better than I would about any possible post surgical problems or health-related issues that can rise from an infection. I can understand if he was busy with other patients, but what I don't understand is that during my appointment, 1 minute, if at that, was used to ask about my hand, while 5-10 minutes was used just to question my purpose for seeing him. If he simply just said "well, there's no signs of anything serious so you should be good," I would have been perfectly content with that. Instead, he questioned me several times as to why I made an appointment to see him as if he was trying to blow me off.
