At our very first visit when we were eager to get started, we were ignored by all four people at the front desk. One woman talked to us for only a few seconds before excusing herself to fill a drink order. The bounce house was deflated, the vending machines had no water, and the facility smelled like old gym socks. Due to a staff scheduling error (for which there was no apology), our first trial class lasted only 15 minutes. We're not sure if we will return.
