PSJ Pediatrics

This is the best pediatricians office I have found. My daughter has seen both the drs in the office and they both take time to talk to her and show that they care. The office staff is always friendly while I am there also.

One of the nicest and caring pediatricians I have seen. They really take time to listen and provide excellent care. I have come in with my son with a very high fever and they quickly get us back with no waiting. The wait might be longer then normal sometimes but you never know what going on in the back. Really love this office.

My family and I moved to this area a little over a year ago so we chose to switch our pediatrician to Dr. Jain. I bring all 3 of my children to this office. Every doctors visit we've had in the past year lasts over an hour, mainly from sitting in the waiting room. I have never once had an apt where I didn't spend an hour waiting to see the doctor. They overbook apts and you can tell because 4-5 people will sign in for the same exact apt time as the one you have. All they see is money. On a positive note the office is nice and clean. The doctor is nice and is very helpful with information but spends very little time with patients. Overall I plan on switching my kids to a different office just because the apts take up too much time when they shouldn't.

UPDATED: After writing this review on another website I was contacted one month later by PSJ pediatric's office manager. At first she seemed concerned about my complaints but that quickly changed once I voiced my concerns and questioned her explanations. At one point I even had to tell the office manager "I wasn't going to argue. My opinion is my opinion" I was then informed that since this practice is privately owned by the doctors that they discharge anyone that dares write a bad review about them. When I told the office manager that discharging patients would only lead to more bad reviews and complaints in a sarcastic way she replied "who are you going to complain to" and snickered. Very unprofessional on her end. I stand by my previous review regarding this office.
