I wouldn't even give them one star. This company manages our townhome community and unfortunately have been for some time. Two years ago, our HOA decided all on their own, without any resident input, that they would stay with Brodie for management services instead of changing companies. BAD BAD choice and the residents should have final approval of that decision, but as usual we were left out. Brodie not only over-charge for their services, they can't manage. For years we have been sending emails with concerns, half of the emails go unanswered and the other half get answered but the "issues" get ignored. Incompetent! We need improved landscaping, but they hire el cheapo dudes to get the job done who don't know what they are doing. No enforcement of community rules except as they see fit. It's a disgrace and overall poor managing. We've also been through several property managers over the last decade which leads to many things falling through the cracks and issues never getting resolved. The current property manager just doesn't seem to address many concerns. Don't hire this company!!!
