National Management Corporation

This is the 1st time I have rented an Apartment that this Corporation Manages. First hand Experience? DON'T RENT FROM THEM. They Do NOT keep up their properties. They Don't turn the heat on in the "Common Areas", they Don't fix things, they Don't Exterminate, (We have Mice & Moved in with a Full Blown Flea Infestation that is STILL here. They use very very cheap carpet. About 22 cents a square foot, indoor/outdoor carpeting & Cheap tile in the kitchen and bathroom. I have been to the hospital twice. Once with a brown recluse spider bite, 2nd time? So Many flea bites, (They are Toxic!) My face was a swollen mess I had to get medication, Still on it, Still have it, was advised by my Dr. to Move !! My Lease is Up. I am in the middle of Trying to find OTHER affordable Housing .. Outside of this so-called Corporation. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will be Extremely Disappointed. The "Maintenance Team" consists of 1 Person. The Building is Only cleaned Once a month. Terrible Living Conditions. One more thing? You can Hear ALL your neighbors. Everything!! From TV's, Talking, Fighting, Stereo's, .. And? Last but Not least? The "On Site" Manager? IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ON SITE AT ANY TIME!! Go Figure .. Only during move ins and move outs. You Will Never see the Manager. No Inspections either. If you want this type of living? Then by all means, this is the place for you. I Don't recommend these people Nor any place they manage but? The Elderly Housing. Those are the ONLY ones they tend to keep up. ONLY 1 STAR as I couldn't post this without giving a "Star Rating."
