Walmart Supercenter

Tire & Lube Express (Express is a joke some days) is horrible for oil changes. They stripped my hubby's drain plug once and cracked his oil pan. They stripped my drain plug replaced it with an over-sized plug and then stripped it again and are now paying to replace the oil pan completely. Other places offer competitive pricing and better customer service than Ahmed from Walmart.

I have shopped at the Clio Walmart since right after they opened. And yet, the only issues I have ever had have been with other customers. The employess bust their tails trying to do the jobs of 2 or more people. It may take a few minutes at times to get service, yes...but name one place that does not at some point or another? I am sorry you were upset that they were following the policies about your photos. I have, at more that one place and more than one time been denied my photos to be copied, printed, etc. BECAUSE of the same copyright/infringement rules you complain of. I am just curious...if you take some awesome photos, do you want any and everyone to be able to print them and do as they like with them? Usually the problems I see are due to the employess following their rules and doing their jobs...I have yet to see one of the guys/gals scream at a customer, tell them how stupid they are, or even return all of their purchases. I applaud you, Walmart, and Krystal with a K, for not giving in, and your supervisor as well! I will continue to shop mainly at walmart, and my friends, family and I will more than make up for the loss of one customer who tried to ruin your day. Went to Walmart to do my shopping. While I was there I had dropped off some pictures to be developed. When I tried to pick my photos up the girl refused to give me the pictures. She said that they were professionally done and that if she gave me the pictures she would be under a copy right infringement. The funny thing is, these pictures were taken at my home. By a friend. When I went and got the manager and brought her back to the photo department the girl still refused. When I asked the photo lady what her name was she said Krystal with a K!!! I also told her it was because of her that I was taking all of the items back that I just purchased. She pointed and said, "customer service is right over there." Well Krystal with a K, I took back everything I purchased and I won't be caught dead in another one of your Walmart stores again. You just lost your company thousands of dollars over $5.48 cents worth of pictures that were taken at my home!!!! Oh, and I am a Sams Club member too, and I will NOT be renewing my account.....
