Kan rock managers are very cocky an not helpful and their tire techs don't know what they are doing. Whatever you do, never get a front end alignment from a tire shop. Kan rock aligned my wife's car three times and my truck twice. I put new tires on my wife's car 2000 miles on them and they are feathering on inside edge. Why? Because the toe was out. They said they didn't know why they were wearing like that. Steering wheel is crooked every time after they aligned it. Now I'm stuck with tires that are loud and have feathered edges. I contacted their corporate office and they never contacted me back. Tires and car repairs cost too much money these days to have shady shops doing work like this. Here's some advice. Buy your tires from discount and get front end work done at mr front end. Discount will buy your old tires if they are still ok and mr front end has had the same mechanics for almost 30 years.

very,very bad service. About the worst i have seen. The manger said he was trying to inform me that a certian size tire would not fit on my vehicle.To bad for him he did not relize the had just taken the same tire ( size and brand) off the vehicle! I have no idea how a manager could miss that!!! on top of it all it took three hours to swicth four tires and the guy in the back changing them was mad cause he was wrong!
