We met Ron Lupo on a list of contractor recommendations by Gilbert's Hardware in SCS. He came out the middle of last winter (2011) to repair our old roof from leaking. We were desperate to stop the leak, but he charged us a fair and reasonable fee, stopping the leak for good. This summer, when it came time to get bids on our new roof, Lupo Home Improvement wasn't the lowest bid. But Ron's integrity stuck in our minds; so we went with him. We weren't disappointed. His 6-man crew tore off the old roof, replacing only what wood was necessary. They used sheets of really good 3/4" roofing ply. The crew was totally professional, continuing the job until it was completed - in just two days. They cleaned up the worksite and removed the trailer used to catch the tear-off material from our property as soon as possible. Lupo H.I. uses CertainTeed Landmark series shingles, which are right up there with the best.



In conclusion I think the honesty in replacing only what wood was necessary, the promptness and hard work by the highly professional 6-man crew, makes Lupo Home Improvement the best value for the money.
