U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

this uhaul clearlyy doesn't know how to manage their rentals. my fiancee and i made a reservation about two weeks in advance for 8am. they called the day before and said that they mayy be able to get us a truck at 4:30pm and wanted it back by 7:30pm. no discounts, same price. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. now we're stuck making multiple trips with a tiny 4x4 truck. that will take us probably 6-7 trips alll day with all that gas. i wouldn't suggest working with this company unless you're willing to be stranded without a moving truck the dayyy before you move.
