        Overall

        Having been to other Ulta stores in NJ I expected much better service. The store was dusty! No one was available to help find products; my husband and I had to seek out a salesperson just to ask a question. When I reached the checkout, I asked if there were any promos, to which I was answered "whatever's out there" (direct quote)! I suppose I will have to nix this store and schlep to further Ultas for better service. This branch was a big disappointment!

        It is not a salon!!!

        This was the most terrible hair salon experience ever! I'm sure if was another hair stylist they would of been just as bad. She started texturizing my hair dry and she didn't even cut the back just the front! She said is this ok? As she is making my hair extremely frizzy. I told Stephanie that no it looked terrible and if she could wet it. So she washed my hair with scalding hot water and walked back to the chair. She cut more on top of my head not even the back or my neck' she didn't even blow dry it wash off the hair on my neck nothing!! I was so ready to get out of there ! She charged me $43 for nothing ! I told the cashier I was super unsatisfied! He asked me if I would like to talk to salon manager! I just wanted to get out of there ! I will definitely me contacting the corporate office about this situation . This is not a salon so do not advertise! The stylist name is Stephanie
