Tfi Pool Installations

I don't understand how anyone could write a bad review for this company! I was referred to TFI by 3 of my friends who have used them for years. My experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional!!! The office staff, Tony the excuvator and the crew who came out to install the pool were all friendly knowlegeable and professional. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend TFI Pools to anyone who wants a professional job done! I guess there is no pleasing some people. My advise is go with the best and TFI went over and above to make this whole process run smoothly. They did a wonderful job.

Very happy with TFI Pools. The Owner, Office Staff and Service Guys are all knowledgeable and courteous. They listened to our needs and did a terrific job with our pool installation this summer. Had them close our Pool last week and, again

tony(owner i assume) gladly came to my home..and took some time to explain the process his company would take to install the liner and open the pool. AFTER that meeting, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with him...

I told him I have 3 young children, and I needed help with the regular maintenance of the pool, and again , it was impossible to reach him. It took over a week, to get a response from a email(which my questions regarding maintenance were NEVER answered), and his cell phone WAS NOT provided...you had to leave a message with his office, and wait for him to call you back. I WILL NEVER use this company again, mainly because of the fact that their customer service standards were the poorest I have ever experienced. After they received their payment, they didn't care about me and my needs what so ever. PLEASE use another pool company.
