This office is extremely unprofessional. They made me an in person visit then the day before the visit they leave me a message that the visit is telemedicine however they don’t give me anyway to log into the visit. Then the secretary tells me they will call me for the visit then they never do. They had me do labs before this visit so I guess I’m just out of the money I spent on the testing

Dr. Mays office is so bad I didn't want to give it one star but I couldn't post this review with out putting something there. This office is nothing but a money hungry doctors office. They lie and give you The wrong diagnosis. They wouldn't see me and when they did decide to see Me they lie and tell me I'm seeing dr Mays but it was just the PA. I have never seen Dr. Mays I've been at the practice for two years now. I called to see if what I had issues with something to be concerned about they did not seem too concerned at all. I am going to the ER in severe pain and staying for five days. My advice is to get out of that office and go to the doctor that actually cares for you and not your money. One where they PA does not tell you not to get sick because Dr Mays is overloaded with doctors. Or one that tells you they can't see you for everything you came in for to make another appointment so they can talk to you about that issue. The office has no communication between any of the staff and the doctors it's unbelievable. Just a bad is office overall.

I was a patient of Dr. Mays for 2 plus years. During that time I only saw the doctor one time and that was for approximately 5 minutes to try to sell me on some diet program she was promoting. All the other visits I was seen by her P.A. The bad thing was that even when when the p.a. was stumped the doctor was still never seen. It was like when you deal on a new car, where the salesman has to keep leaving the room to see his manager for what to do next. I was not happy with this kind of treatment at all. When I had an unusual problem come up during one of my last visits, it was clear the P.A. had no idea what was going on with me. When the blood work she ordered didn't provide her any clues, she was obviously in over her head. Still the doctor was never brought in. When she finally wanted to refer me to an orthopedist which truly seemed to me to be ludicrous based on the symptoms and other factors, my questioning of this referral was met with, this is my opinion, take it or leave it attitude. I was stunned. I took it upon myself to see a rheumatologist instead, who accurately diagnosed me and put me on appropriate medication on my first visit. It was after that incident that I left Dr. Mays for good.
