Black Lotus Brewing Co

In town looking to recruit new breweries for our top list page in our publication and was delighted to stumble upon Black Lotus. Best burger I ever had in my life and paired it with a stellar beer. Service was knowledgable and management was supper accommodating for our large party. Things took a little while longer than fast food so don't come in expecting to get through the drive in line in 10 minutes with a red robin frozen burger. You could tell everything was made with love and scratch and that takes time. Look for our full review in Michigan Restaurant Management Weekly. Two big thumbs up.

Food was ok, but service was bad. It took 30 minutes for someone to get our drink order and another 10 to get one beer. Our server never came to see if we were ok or how our dinner was until we asked for the check. We're not going to be going back.
