Freeway Insurance

This is a shout out for Leonard Jackson. He went way out of his way to help me! I came in the Claremont office at Auto Center drive the other day with a complicated insurance problem. The receptionist was attempting to send me away when Mr. Jackson spoke up and invited me to sit at his desk. He very generously gave me his attention and made a call to Covered California in my behalf. The call resulted in resolution of a problem I have been trying , in vain, to solve for several months.
Thank you Mr. Jackson, for going that extra mile! It is employees like yourself who put a good face on anyone you work for. Freeway should be glad to have you in their office.
