Excellant service...answered my questions and one on one service is great.

I was very ambivalent about going to this store because of my own feelings about moving away from heels and style (I thought) due to foot problems. The assistant manager, Joel, helped to smooth the transition for me and made me feel better about the whole process. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, and listened to me. In the end I purchased 4 pairs of shoes I am very happy with! I definitely recommend this store.

I had a similar experience at this store and dealt with rude sales staff. But I recently returned because of the good selection of shoes and worked with an exceptional salesman named Greg. He was really knowledgeable about proper fit, orthotics and the inventory in the store and was extremely patient! He really went out of his way to be helpful and that is a huge plus.

Exceedingly condescending staff. When the shoe doesn't fit comfortably for you, they will tell you it is fitting how it is supposed to fit to talk you into buying it. Then, after you take it home and realize that you spent $100 on an ill-fitting shoe, they'll give you attitude when you return it. Good selection of shoes, but now that places with customer-centered policies like Nordstrom, REI, Zappos, etc… are selling the brands that used to only be sold at the Shoe Mill (Dansko, Keen, Clarks, etc...), there's no need to go there. I once saw a woman leave the store because of their snooty approach, so I know I’m not the only one. I’ve never written on on-line review of a store before, but it seems that, with money as tight as it is these days, it’s better to go somewhere your business is appreciated.
