National Vision

I went in to order safety glasses and was attended to by the assistant manager Claudia. She was very professional and courteous and attempted to accommodate my request to have removable side shields as I have had done on previous occasions by other assistant managers with the approval from vision center’s corporate account manager. After several minutes on the phone with corporate and not being able to have corporate fax or email a revised voucher I opted to get permanent side shields. I truly appreciate Claudia’s efforts and commend her for standing her ground to adhere to restrictions on the voucher. This shows exemplary leadership, morals, and strong ethics which not commonly seen now a days.
I am very pleased with her customer service skills and outstanding professionalism. I highly recommend this vision center in City of Industry’s Walmart location. Because of Claudia’s excellent customer service I will be returning to this location when I am need of more eyewear. I tip my hat off to Claudia.
