Car Care by Rick and his nephew Brain is a SCAM!!! They took advantage of me because I am a female and not mechanically inclined. Rick told me HE would come to my place of residence to perform Service B on my Benz. 4 hours late, his nephew Brian shows up and says he can do it. All Brian did was drain oil and put new oil in. No new filters, didnt top fluids, rotate tires, check pressure, flushed, drained, or added anything else etc. NEW OIL FOR A $140?!?!? They took advantage of me and overpriced me for JUST oil! I have contacted BBB and posted on other websites what a SCAM CAR CARE IS. Wherever I see CAR CARE advertising I will be sure to add my two cents until I get my refund!!!!!!
