Horrible People, Bad Attitudes! I am personally getting a lawyer to deal with these SLUMLORDS. Rented a house from them, was new to the area so i needed one fast. Made me pay deposit PLUS 2 months in advance. OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER WAS NOT FORTHCOMING ABOUT A MAJOR FIRE THAT OCCURRED A YEAR BEFORE, BLACK MOLD DUE TO WATER DAMAGE, TERMITE INFESTATION, NO HEATING AND FUNGI GROWING FROM ROOF. I moved a year later and left spotless. they proceeded to give me 150 back from a 3000 deposit! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
