        Overall

        They have absolutely terrible customer service! I found parking at the mall and showed up and waited, to have no one around and finally walked around and found the lady standing outside the mall on the phone and she paused to tell us she was on her break and would be there in 10 minutes! We couldn't wait any longer and left.
