Costco

Great store, clean, always a knowledgable person in electronics, sort lines at check out. As with all Costcos don't always stock items we get used to seeing.

I go to this store all the time. Great store!

I have been trying to reach the Chico Costco tire department for the pas hour. I've let the phone ring 10 times and then hung up...The only difference between this department and the EDD office is that EDD has a recorded message telling you to call back some time in the future!

I have been to many Costcos and was surprised when I visited the Chico facility the other day with my kids. The place was a bit of a mess with broken food on the floor in one aisle and shelves blocked being stocked at midday. I went to get a particular wine and found it mis-priced. Then we went to checkout and there were two huge lines with all other checkers closed. We waited almost a half hour. Their facility is not being managed up to Costco standards it seems. I like my Hayward store better.
