        No employee knows anything

        If you have a question about anything whether it's who you should speak to about a certain matter, who's in charge of what, or a particular document you need from them; don't bother! No one there knows anything or anyone. They are simply there too look good and look at themselves. It is just a meat market and no one is professional or professionally trained, except maybe the personal trainers but I wouldn't know about them because I did not succumb to their constant attempt to sell training sessions. I must have said no five times! If you want to REALLY work out, then go to a real gym and not this place...
