        Overall
        try elsewhere first.

        Because this is near my house, if I need party stuff I MAY try here first, but with the long lines, cluelessness about customer service, and somewhat smaller selection, I am more than likely to go out of my way if I have a couple of extra minutes because it is almost MORE convenient to travel further for less hassle.
