They are very much eager to get money from the tenants.

I wanted to take out some boxes and a chair but they did not allow me to take them out without a scheduled time slot and $250 deposit. I wanted to take them out on Sunday but they could not give me the time slot. Monday was the earliest time slot. I got the time slot (1~4:00) but I worked that time and I came there at 4:20 and I took them out at 4:30. They charged all $250 to me.
