Loving Hands Hospice

DO NOT USE!!! You are at your most vulnerable caring for a loved one at this stage and are at the mercy of 'this hospice agency'. They were helpful in the beginning but when the chips were down...you and your loved one are on your own. There were TWO instances where we had called requesting assistance and we were told to wait until morning for a nurse. Loving Hands cares about their reimbursement first, and the patient second. Go anywhere else & God Bless you during this difficult time.

My Mom was recently a patient with Loving Hands Hospice after a long and difficult illness. The staff at Loving Hands really helped make my mother comfortable during the last weeks of her life while providing support for us. I could not recommend them enough, Bernice the owner/administrator answers the phone personally so any issues are resolved quickly.

We recently had need of hospice services and after having had 2 horrible experiences with one of the most well-known Chicago providers went looking for a different one. Loving Hands was exactly that. They helped our loved one, took care of her pain, stayed with her overnight while she passed away and were there for our family throughout the entire process. They care more about people than money, insurance, etc. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Personalized care. Highly attentive. Individualized approach rather than "cookbook" care. Quick to respond to needs. Could not recommend more highly.
