Chicagoland Limousine Transportation

I thought I would go through hell on my arrival into Chicago when I found out that my plane was canceled. I was sure that I would have to fight with the limo people about charging me a fortune for waiting time. It was not the case though. When I called to let them know about the cancellation and that I would have to come later that night on another flight, they told me they knew my flight was canceled. I asked them about the waiting time. They said they don't charge anything for situations like this as long as they have the actual flight I would be on. So much better that the last company I used (I don't even want to go there). When I finally got in (about 4 hours later) they had the car ready for me. I certainly know what my limo people will be from now on. Thanks guys!

Great reservation agents. The one I talked to, actually gave me the positive vibe I was looking for when I was searching for a limo for my birthday party. Then the car we got was clean, earlier than scheduled and stocked with all the drinks we were promised. Actually we got something more than I asked for: a cute, young and well dressed driver ;) My girlfriends and I loved him and the entire limo riding experience. Especially the one whose birthday is coming up. So I'm gonna give Chicago Land Limo another call to surprise my friend. She'll freak out. Don't tell her a word though...

I could be telling you a whole story about my experience with Chicago Land Limo. What I am going to tell you is the facts: very nice, professional and respectful dispatchers and drivers, timely service and clean, safe and nicely appointed cars. A bit on the expensive side, although not THE most expensive. But I've used cheaper services in the past, and I certainly learned my lesson: cheap doesn't necessarily mean a good deal. I suggest you give them a try and see for yourself. Nicely done guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Chicagoland Limousine. We booked a car for my parents who came to visit us from Florida. They told us the car was on time, the driver very well mannered and respectful and the car clean and nice and cool (it was a hot and humid day). Thank you Chicago land limo.
