This place is the worst place to have a loan through. I signed a contract where my payments were $79 and I send in a auto draft of $100 every month but then they charged me every month $60 of a finance charge in too of the payment. I called and asked "how long do you expect me to pay off this $5k loan according to you guys" they can back with 10 years...Do not sign anything with them or go with a company who works with them, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

I totally agree with the previous comment. After 2 years of on-time payments, I was charged with two late fees because they did not receive my payment in their office until 9 days after it was due. I called customer service because the money order clearly stated that I purchased it way before it was due. I explained that because of the weather, the postal service may have been delayed. Instead of hearing me out, they cut me off, yelled at me & even hung up on me. Terrible people with terrible customer service. They really don't deserve any stars.

They have horrible horrible horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Not happy at all with them not one bit. They tell you one thing then another. Beware they will rip you off do not sign anything with them!!!!
