        I passed by five salespeople in blue shirts on my way to the back of the store and not one made eye contact or asked me if I needed help. I thanked the 6th specialist for taking the time to ask me. What are they doing just standing there!?

        If you're in a pinch while in Chicago or have the good fortune to live near the Michigan Ave. store and need help getting your computer repaired see the great team at the Genius Bar. Louis and his team couldn't have been more knowledgable or helpful. And, I made my plane on time; that was team work.
