Do to my job I often move and have experience using home inspectors. I chose Reliable Home Services for my home inspection based on my Realtors advice as well as all the positive comments about this company on Angie's List. I can definitely see why this company has been awarded Superior Service Awards for the past several years. They were worth every penny! David Goldberg, owner of Reliable Home Services, was prompt, extremely thorough and easy to communicate with. He exlained things in a non-threating manner, he answered all of my questions, he provided me with life expectancy of my systems, he was able to give me a general estimate of what it would cost to replace certain systems. My report was computer generated so it was easy to read and follow. David was not the cheapest home inspector I called, but he was by far the Best Home Inspector I've ever used. I whole heartily recommend this company.
