        Customer service is putrid. Ordered basket and order was NEVER filled. Called 4 times and emailed and no one contacted me. Embarrassing way to run a business.

        purchase from another company -- ordered on-line and they never filled the order. After calling, they assured the order would be filled - didn't happen, Very unprofessional.
