St. Louis Vapor

I have been a customer of St Louis vapor for well over a year in Brentwood. I have been smoking vapor for at least 4 years before it be came very popular so I'm very familiar with all the facets of Vapor. I bought two batteries in your Brentwood location, one 31 days ago and the other two months ago and they are both defective I am amazed of your 15 day return policy. As a business owner we have 30 day policy but if I sell someone a defective product I don't care if its a year later if its not normal wear and tear and it's defective, I take it back and I find a way to make it right. Your company on the other hand does not and I will make sure that everyone knows that I wasted $80 on batteries in the past 2 months that I cannot use. Vapor shops are a dime a dozen I will take my business elsewhere.
