        Overall

        I had not been to the dentist in 6 years, and didn't want to go. I went to New Age thinking it would be a different experience, and I was correct, but not the kind of different I had hoped for. They quoted me over $9,000 in procedures that "needed" to be carried out. I took out a care credit loan to cover the costs and proceeded to have the work done. The office staff was nice, but the work was extremely painful and the pain lasted for weeks. It was the most painful experience I have ever had at the dentist, I could not afford any of the sedation options. After 2 visits I decided not to go back, cancelled the loan and went back to my old dentist. Turns out I only needed $600 in work to be done. He was astounded when I told him what I was quoted by Kardaris, but not surprised. The entire staff had heard similar stories about her and I have read many online. I used to not like my old dentist, now I like him. I have read almost the exact story on other reviews about New Age, what she did should be illegal and I should report her to some dental ethics entity, but also just want to move on.
