Just stay away from this company! Upon vacating the rental we had been in for one year, I was never given notice of the inspection, the 30 days allowed to get us back our security deposit was 14 days late, and they charged us $200 for SPACKLE! I wish I could upload the photos of the "damage" that cost us $200.

Not a good idea to rent from this company. Everything is so impersonal and done online. I've met the property manager in person and many things were taken care of by the property owners father. I rented with this company for two years, via owner Jessica Weber, and with a long list of documented issues with the property, most were not covered (e.g. Bee infestation, clogged toilets, washing machine malfunction within less than a month into my lease). At end of my lease, I was not given the opportunity to renew, a 30 day notice to vacate the premises, or a reason(s) why my lease would not be renewed. I unexpectedly received a call stating that someone was coming by to put a for lease sign in the yard. The house has very poor insulation. Utility bills were huge. Slugs were constantly in the house due to foundation issues. If you're thinking about renting from Avenue Real estate Group or Jessica Weber, think again. They're more concerned with your money.
