Magic Sweep

We had never used Magic sweep before... but now they will be our go to! Franklin from magic sweep was very thorough and very friendly. We already have our next appointment set!

I would strongly recommend against using this company unless you like dealing with inept employees and very rude managers. This company has absolutely no customer service skills and they protect their own when mistakes are made. Instead they blame and charge their customer for their blunders and mishaps. Their mistakes can be very costly and time-consuming to you as the consumer. I would not send my worst enemy to do business with them that is how bad an experience I had with them. I asked them to simply measure and order a new fireplace enclosure for me. Their staff ordered the wrong item and would not admit their mistake. I asked for a refund since the correct item would be three times the amount. The manager yelled at me on the phone as if I made the mistake and then proceeded to say he was keeping $100 for a restocking fee. I would not mind the fee if I had ordered the wrong item but the error was completely their staff's fault. The installer who brought out the item to install it even said he knew exactly who ordered the item because he always makes mistakes.



I contacted the owner/president and he decided to stand behind his inept employees and rude manager. In his opinion, the customer was wrong and nothing was going to change his mind.



Save yourself the aggrevation and take your business elsewhere. The only "magic" part about this company is that they will take your money and time disappear right before your very eyes and "sweep" you under the carpet so they can move on to the next customer!
